Truss Brewing Company is a nano-brewery and wood-fired oven that is a very unique take-out only establishment. We feature authentic Neapolitan style pizza on a scratch-made organic dough topped with cheeses, tomatoes, and olive oil specifically sourced and imported from Italy. The rest of the menu includes all hand-made items featuring produce, meats, and dairy all from local suppliers. Wood-fired beef tenderloin tips, sandwiches on made-fresh-daily bread, crisp salads with wood grilled seasonal vegetables, chicken wings prepared in a way you won’t find anywhere else, and racks of ribs slathered in our own Truss Rib Sauce that’s loaded with bushels of fresh herbs, hops, and seasonings for a one of a kind wood-fired “BBQ-Style” offering.
A strong focus on major styles of beer are in rotation with specialty and unique brews from two executive chefs, Aaron Busch and Mark Larimer. We sell full and half growlers for pickup or delivery and offer samples of any beverage you like when you drop in to say hello. There is an all natural seltzer of the month with real fruit and no artificial-anything’s ever, as well as a gluten-friendly beer of the month at all times to accompany our other six rotations.
